Money-back Guarantee

Offshore VPS Hosting

BlueAngelHost offers 7 days money back guarantee for all VPS Hosting services.
If a third party license cost was paid, such as for cPanel, Softaculous, or Litespeed, it will not be included in any refund claims.

Offshore Managed VPS

For all Offshore Managed VPS plans, we have a 7-day money-back guarantee. However, a deduction of $10 USD will be made.
Refund policy is not applicable to any of the addon license For Example: Litespeed etc

Offshore Dedicated Server

7 Days Refund Policy is not applicable when canceling a monthly Dedicated Hosting plan.
However Quarterly, Semi-Annually and Annually plans can be refunded for the unused months. Refunds are also available in the event of a mistake on our end that results in your server being unavailable for at least 72 hours due to hardware or network failure.
If a third party license cost was paid, such as for cPanel, Softaculous, or Litespeed, it will not be included in any refund claims.

Domain Registration and Transfers

Due to the nature of the service, there are no refunds for domain registration, transfer or renewal.

Cancellations and Refunds

NOTE: There will be no refund if our services are used in any kind of illegal activities, like bulk mailing, email marketing, spamming, fraud, phishing, scamming, malicious activity, DDOS, hacking e,t,c

Cancelation Process

In case you are not satisfied by our hosting service you can cancel your hosting account within 7 days by giving us a written notice either by opening a ticket from Client Area or by sending us an email to with subject line "Cancellation and Refund".

Once we have received your request and confirmed all the necessary information with you we will process your request within 24 hours and will notify you in written typically by email that your hosting is cancelled and the refund is processed. You will receive a notification from us by email that your refund is processed.

Note: We do not accept any cancellation request after 7 days.

Termination We may terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, without notice in the event that:
  • You fail to pay any fees due.
  • You violate this Agreement.
  • Your conduct may harm BlueAngelHost or the users/clients of BlueAngelHost i.e by spamming, brute force attacks, ddos attack e.t.c or
  • As otherwise specified in this Agreement. In such event, BlueAngelHost shall not refund to you any fees paid in advance of such termination, and you shall be obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued prior to the effectiveness of such termination. Additionally, We may charge you for all fees due for the Services for the remaining portion of the then current term.
  • Changes to this Policy

    We reserve the right to revise, amend, or modify this Refund Policy at any time and in any manner.
