At BlueAngelHost, we prioritize customer satisfaction by providing high-quality hosting services. However, we understand there may be situations where refunds are requested. This policy outlines the terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria for refunds on our hosting services.
2. Money-Back Guarantee
2.1 VPS Hosting
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all VPS Hosting services. Refunds exclude the cost of third-party licenses such as cPanel, Softaculous, or LiteSpeed, which are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days from the original order date. After this period, the transaction is considered final, and no full, partial, or prorated refunds will be issued.
2.2 Managed VPS Hosting
Managed VPS Hosting plans are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee, subject to a $10 USD deduction to cover setup costs. Refunds do not apply to add-on licenses such as LiteSpeed.

2.3 Dedicated Servers
Refunds are available if a hardware or network failure, caused by our infrastructure, results in your server being unavailable for more than seven (7) consecutive days. This policy applies exclusively to failures within our control.
Third-party license fees are excluded from any refund considerations and remain non-refundable under all circumstances.

2.4 Domain Registration and Transfers
Due to the nature of these services, refunds are not available for domain registration, transfer, or renewal fees.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Cancellation Process
If you are unsatisfied with our services, you can request cancellation within 7 days. To cancel, provide written notice by:
- Submitting a ticket through the Client Area.
- Sending an email to support@blueangelhost.com with the subject line “Cancellation and Refund.”
Once we receive your cancellation request, it will be processed within 24 hours. A confirmation email will be sent upon cancellation and refund approval.
3.2 Important Notes
No refunds are issued for services used in illegal activities, such as:
- Bulk mailing or email marketing.
- Spamming, phishing, or fraud.
- DDoS attacks, hacking, or malicious activities.
- Unauthorized Streaming, IPTV & Media Distribution
- Illegal Gambling, Casino, and Betting Activities
- Intellectual Property & Copyright & Trademark
4. Termination Policy
We may terminate your services, without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Non-payment of fees.
- Violations of this Agreement or applicable policies.
- Activities that harm BlueAngelHost or its users (e.g., spamming, brute-force attacks, DDoS attacks).
Upon termination, no refunds are provided for advance payments. All user data, content, and websites are permanently deleted without backup.
5. Changes to This Policy
BlueAngelHost reserves the right to amend or modify this Billing & Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and significant changes will be communicated via email.
