By using our web hosting services, you agree to these terms. We provide hosting services intended for lawful business or personal use only. You are responsible for ensuring your content and activities comply with all applicable laws and our Acceptable Use Policy.
Payments for services must be made promptly. Services may be suspended or terminated for late or non-payment. Refunds, if applicable, will be provided according to our refund policy.
We provide regular backups but strongly recommend that customers maintain their own backups. We are not liable for any loss of data or interruptions in service caused by factors beyond our control.
Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or any illegal activity will result in immediate suspension or termination without prior notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion.
These terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of our services after any updates means you agree to the revised terms.
Prohibited Activities & Content
To ensure a safe, compliant, and stable hosting environment, the following activities and content types are strictly prohibited on our network:
3.1 Illegal and High-Risk Content
- Terrorism: Hosting or linking to content advocating or supporting terrorist activities or organizations.
- Child Exploitation: Any involvement with child pornography or exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited. Violations will be immediately reported to law enforcement.
- Adult Content & Pornography: Hosting or distributing sexually explicit materials or related adult services.
- Illegal Pharmacies: Operating or promoting pharmacies that offer counterfeit, unapproved, or illegal medications.
- Illegal Drug Promotion: Hosting, linking to, or promoting the sale, use, or distribution of illegal drugs, controlled substances, or related paraphernalia is strictly prohibited. This includes content encouraging recreational drug use or trafficking. Violations will lead to immediate account termination and potential legal reporting.
3.2 Intellectual Property and Unauthorized Media
- Copyright Violation: Hosting or distributing copyrighted material, including movies, software, music, or media content without explicit authorization.
- Nulled / Cracked Software: Hosting, sharing, or linking to nulled, cracked, or pirated versions of software, plugins, scripts, or digital products is strictly forbidden. This includes any attempt to bypass licensing mechanisms, subscription models, or activation keys.
- Torrents & P2P Sharing: Hosting, distributing, or linking to torrent files, magnet links, or operating P2P file-sharing services is strictly prohibited, especially when used to share copyrighted or pirated content.
- Unauthorized Streaming: Hosting or linking to live streams (including movies, sports, and TV broadcasts) or operating video platforms without valid licensing or broadcasting rights is not permitted. This includes unauthorized IPTV services and illegal stream mirrors.
- Trademark Infringement: Using or displaying registered or unregistered trademarks, logos, or brand names without proper authorization is strictly prohibited. This includes any use that may cause confusion, suggest false affiliation, or mislead visitors about the origin of a product, service, or website.
- Counterfeit & Replica Goods: Hosting or promoting websites that sell or advertise counterfeit or replica products—such as fake designer watches, apparel, electronics, or accessories—is not allowed. Any website imitating or misusing branded products or logos to deceive customers will be suspended immediately and may be reported to the appropriate intellectual property holders.
3.3 Fraudulent and Financial Crimes
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against financial fraud, phishing, and related criminal activities. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Phishing: Hosting or linking to websites, scripts, or platforms designed to deceptively obtain sensitive user data, such as login credentials, credit card details, or bank account information.
- Carding: Hosting, linking, or operating platforms or forums dedicated to the exchange, sale, or distribution of stolen credit card information or financial data.
- Bank Fraud & Scamming: Engaging in or facilitating bank fraud, wire fraud, investment scams, Ponzi schemes, identity theft, or any fraudulent financial schemes.
- Fake or Fraudulent Websites: Hosting websites that impersonate legitimate businesses, financial institutions, or entities to deceive users.
Immediate Suspension & Reporting:
Any account or service suspected of involvement in the above fraudulent activities will be immediately suspended without prior notice. Relevant details and evidence will be promptly forwarded to applicable law enforcement and anti-fraud agencies.
3.4 Network and Resource Abuse
- Malware & Hacking: Distribution or hosting of malicious software, unauthorized access attempts, or compromising network security.
- DDoS Attacks: Participation in or facilitation of denial-of-service attacks on any entity or network.
- Automated Attack Tools: Use or hosting of scripts, bots, proxy software, botnets, IP scanners, or brute-force attack tools
- Unauthorized Cryptocurrency Mining: Unauthorized usage of server resources for cryptocurrency mining.
- Excessive Resource Usage: Activities negatively impacting network performance, stability, or service availability.
- TOR Exit Nodes: Hosting or operating TOR exit nodes or services is strictly prohibited. These services pose significant legal, reputational, and network abuse risks. Any attempt to use our infrastructure for TOR routing will result in immediate termination without warning.
3.5 Harassment and Abuse
- Threats & Harassment: Using our services to threaten, harass, stalk, or intimidate individuals or groups.
- Abusive Communications: Sending messages containing harassment, hate speech, threats, or discriminatory language via any communication channel.
3.6 Email Marketing & Spam (Strictly Prohibited)
We maintain a strict anti-spam policy and explicitly forbid:
- Unsolicited Email Marketing: Sending bulk emails, commercial messages, promotional content, newsletters, or any unsolicited email communications (spam).
- Email Harvesting & Spam Tools: Use or hosting of software for harvesting email addresses, mass-mailing tools, mailing list scripts, or similar spam-related software.
- Spam Blacklists: Any action that leads to our IPs being listed on spam blacklists such as Spamhaus, Spamcop, UCEPROTECT, or similar services.
- Manipulation or Blacklist Evasion: Any attempt to bypass, manipulate, or evade anti-spam detection mechanisms or spam blacklisting.
Immediate Action:
Violation of our anti-spam policy will result in immediate suspension or termination without notice. Accounts causing IP blacklistings may incur fees related to remediation and recovery costs.
Illegal Gambling, Casino, and Betting Activities (Strictly Prohibited)
We strictly prohibit the use of our services to host, promote, or facilitate any form of illegal gambling, betting, casino, lottery, or gaming websites. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Online gambling or betting services without a valid license or regulatory approval.
- Unlicensed online casino platforms or websites providing gambling games or related services illegally.
- Websites conducting or promoting fake lotteries, fake casinos, fraudulent betting schemes, or deceptive gambling activities.
- Any form of gambling, betting, or lottery site that engages in fraud, scams, or deceptive financial transactions.
Any accounts found participating in or facilitating these prohibited activities will be immediately suspended or terminated without prior notice. We reserve the right to report suspected violations to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities and to cooperate fully with their investigations.
Compliance with Applicable Laws
- Legal Compliance: Users are required to comply fully with local, national, and international laws and regulations applicable to their hosted services. Illegal activities of any type are strictly prohibited.
Enforcement & Account Termination
We reserve the right to proactively monitor, investigate, and take immediate action, including account suspension or termination, for any activity violating this Acceptable Use Policy or endangering our network's security, stability, or legal compliance.
